Built & Sold

I don't build toys. I build a real app around what people already want — then hand you the system to sell it.

Three stages. One person responsible. You walk away with something that makes money — not something that collects dust in a browser tab.

Save my spot — $300

Or DM me the word BUILT

The graveyard nobody talks about

Thousands of apps get built every month. Almost none of them get used.

Not because the code was bad. Not because the design was ugly. Because nobody asked a single question before building: "Does anyone actually want this?"

I've seen it. Beautifully crafted tools, launched with pride, promoted for a week… then silence. The builder moves on. The app dies. Nobody talks about it because admitting "I built something nobody wanted" hurts.

Most "AI tool" offers hand you a quiz, a template, and a pat on the back. You spend $200, feel productive for an afternoon, and never open the thing again.

I refuse to do that to you.

So I built a different process. Three stages. No skipping. No guessing. Research → Build → Sell.

01

Research

The part everyone skips — and the reason most apps die.

Before I build a single screen, we answer four questions:

  • Who exactly is this for, and what do they already pay for?
  • What do they complain about, search for, and ask — in their own words?
  • What's the simplest version that solves a real, felt problem?
  • How does it make money — leads for your offer, or direct sales?

I built my own AI research engine for this. It's the same system behind ZITA OS, which plans an entire app from one idea.

You're not gambling $300 on a hunch. You're building the thing the research already validated. You walk out with a validated concept, a one-page plan, and a sketch of exactly what gets built.

And this happens before you pay a cent.

If the research says your idea won't fly, I tell you straight. No sugarcoating. I'll sketch what would work — or point you to my free stuff and we part as friends.

02

Build

A real app, done for you, in 7–14 days.

I build it. You watch it come alive. Not a template. Not a demo. Not a "here's a Figma file, good luck." A working, hosted app with a link you can send anyone. Nothing to install. Nothing to maintain.

Built around your business. Your users. Your goal. You see progress as it happens and shape it with feedback. Most builds finish inside the first week. Ambitious ones take two.

The difference between this and "I'll play with AI myself someday"? This ships.

This year alone: 30+ apps, tools, and business assets built and delivered. Including a solar-industry app a real business runs on every single day. Including GoStickly and ZITA OS — live products real people use right now.

Done is a feature. You get done.

03

Sell

Worth more than the app itself.

Let me be blunt: an app with no distribution is a hobby. This is where Built & Sold earns its name — where your $300 turns into something that pays you back.

The 300+ Places List

Directories, communities, groups, platforms, launch spots — mapped to your niche, in the order you should hit them. Most builders never find 10 on their own.

The free-traffic engine

The exact organic posting system I run daily on my own business. What to post, where, how often, and how every post routes people to your app. Zero ad spend.

The sell-by-chat playbook

Openers for every source. Questions that surface real buying pain. How to name a price without feeling like a spammer. Follow-up where nobody gets chased or dropped.

Me, for 30 days

Direct access while you launch. Stuck on a reply? Send me the conversation. App needs a tweak once real users touch it? I fix it.

Attention isn't the asset. The conversation is. This is the conversation manual.

The finish line isn't "you got an app." It's money moved because the app exists. A client booked. A first sale made.

Two doors

You walk through the one that fits.

Door A

You already sell something.

Coach. Consultant. Course creator. Agency. Service provider. Your problem isn't the offer — it's that nobody's talking to you.

I build the app that changes that. A diagnosis tool. An interactive lead engine. A calculator. An intake system. Something prospects actually use, that ends at your offer and starts real conversations.

Your existing business gets a machine in front of it.

Door B

You want an app that IS the product.

You've got an idea (or just the itch). You want something of your own to sell.

We research it first, so you're not building something nobody wants. Then I build the real, working first version. Then I show you exactly where and how to sell it — organically, for free, starting the day it goes live.

An asset with your name on it.

Don't know which door you are? That's what the first conversation is for. Some people walk in through A and realize they're B. That's fine. That's the point.

The honest math

No "$9,997 value" theater.

I'm not going to stack fake numbers and pretend you're getting $15,000 worth of "value." Here's what these pieces actually cost in the real market:

Market research + idea validation, done for you
$500–$1,500
Custom app from a freelance developer
$3,000–$10,000
Distribution list (300+ spots, mapped to your niche)
Doesn't exist for sale
Organic traffic system, done-with-you
$500–$2,000
Sell-by-chat training + playbooks
$500–$2,000
30 days of 1:1 support from the builder
Agencies charge monthly retainers

Assembled separately: $4,500–$15,000+. And you'd still be the general contractor gluing five vendors together, with nobody responsible for the actual outcome.

Built & Sold, founding price

$300

One payment. One person responsible. All three stages.

Take a founding spot

Price goes to $500 after July 11

That's not inflated numbers. That's a compressed supply chain. One builder, no middlemen, no agency overhead.

The guarantee

And I mean it like a human, not a lawyer.

Before you pay

We talk. I run the research. You see the exact sketch — what the app does, who it's for, how it makes money. If you don't love the sketch, no sale. We shake hands and walk away. No hard feelings.

After you pay

The finished app matches the sketch, or I keep building until it does. Period. That's the build promise.

What I won't promise

Revenue. Anyone guaranteeing you'll make $10k is lying to your face. I guarantee the research, the app, the 300+ places, the system, and 30 days of me showing up. You send the messages.

That's the deal. No surprises. No fine print. No "terms and conditions" gotchas.

Who's building this

I'm Kreso. Self-taught builder from Croatia. Online since the 90s.

My first affiliate check arrived by snail mail in December 1999. The bank teller held it up, squinted at it, and literally called head office to confirm it was real. I was a teenager. That check changed how I saw what was possible.

Since then: built communities of thousands before social media existed. Sold millions of email clicks. Promoted high-ticket offers across continents.

I'm not teaching a theory from a slide deck. I'm handing you the system I run from my own desk, every day. The same one that made that Thai campaign work. The same one behind every app I've shipped this year.

What matters for you — this year

  • 30+AI apps, tools, and assets shipped. Not concepts. Finished. Live.
  • 1solar-industry app a real business uses every day to run operations.
  • 5 figuresmade promoting one offer in Thai — a language I don't speak. AI persona, content machine, Telegram group, posting bot. Funded from my own pocket.
  • 2live products with real users right now: GoStickly and ZITA OS.
Straight answers

To what you're already thinking.

Why $300, and why it won't stay there

2spots left

This is the founding group. The first 5 people get founding pricing because their launches become the case studies I'll show everyone else. After July 11, the price goes to $500 and stays there.

Not a countdown trick. Not a fake timer. Just what happens next. Reading this after July 11? The price is $500 and this paragraph isn't for you. Close the tab, grab the free stuff, come back when it's right.

How to start

DM me the word BUILT.

Or save your spot before the founding spots are gone. Two questions. That's all I need:

  1. 01What's the business — or the idea?
  2. 02What do people ask before they buy (from you, or in that market)?

Then research → sketch → your yes or no. If yes, I start building this week. No call funnel. No webinar. No 47-email nurture sequence. A conversation, a sketch, a decision.
